Lots of fruit, beautiful area, beautiful view from the window
The pillows are more than flat) and there are no additional pillows. General interior of the hotel is made in the form of an airport for the amateur.

The food was very delicious. The location, the beach and the pool were great. The traditional Hamam as well as the massage are recommendable in any case. And of course the evening program like Beach Party was great!
The constant asking for toilet paper and towels annoyed me, because we only got 2 each time although I had booked the room for 3 people.

I could not fault it, it was a perfect holiday. I have booked again for the end of May 2020. I can't wait.

Rooms are comfortable, food is very good, choice of free beverages good enough. Pools are big and nice, wonderful gardens for walking and relaxing. Excellent service in the receprion and concierge.
There was not any information about possible excursions in surroundings. I did not enjoyed wines. Internet connection is very slow and hotel is far from town. Pool water was cold.

The sea-view and food was great with a big variety but i don't recommend for Arabs or Muslims wearing Veil .
The welcoming was so bad and there was a big problem because we are Egyptians and my wife is wearing an Islamic veil -Nekab- and it was forbidden in the hotel but they didn't show that on either Booked.net or official website and that was after we booked the hotel - non refundable- and after we traveled from Istanbul to Antalya and after we reached the hotel, they said : it is not allowed and you can't stay here !!! and we spend 2 or more in the reception and the internet trying to solve that or finding another hotel , and the surprise that they said : You can't stay here and you can't take your money back !!!! after that the general manager come and apologized and said it's ok to stay !! really it was soooo bad day !!!

It is value for the price. A typical hotel catering to large holiday groups. Everyone was pleasant, room was clean and had a very comfortable bed and spotless crisp linen.
It is a large holiday all you can eat hotel and can be very noisy and busy.

Location and hotel facilities are just perfect , stuff are very helpful
it is not a major issues but just small notes , baby cot was not clean , we asked room service to clean the room at 5:30 PM and now one came till second day in morning

A La Carte Restaurants, Food was very good overall. Service by most staff was very good. Swimming pools very nice. Friendly and helpful staff
Poor Internet in room, it works for 1 week then packs up. Have been here 4 times and the same happens after a week. Have mentioned this each time but nothing changed!

I liked smile of staff, the outdoor areas, garden, restaurants and the buffet.
I did not like the mini-bar content which only contained some concentrated juices and beer. Although it was all inclusive, but even the quality of spirits served at the bars and restaurants was not high. I received a seaview room but just opposite to the lifts which was noisy in the morning and was not the best available room I presume.
